Are you looking for a fun horse with a ton of chrome that is ready to take you to the top? Don’t miss this spectacular horse!

This super flashy, well-broke 15.1 hh 1998 APHA gelding has awesome bloodlines and turns heads wherever he goes. Radar is a sound, versatile guy who will have you in the ribbons in pleasure, reining or trail classes. He does it all – lead changes, great stops and has been started on spins. He makes a cute hunter under saddle and is an agile jumper. He has been used around cattle and has had many, many miles on the trails. He is great with traffic, water and gates, and is not at all herdbound. He loves to go to work and be around people. He has no vices and excellent ground manners – easy to bath, clip, trailer and lead. He is light off the aids and fun to ride – he even lies down on command!

Radar was bred in Texas and imported to Canada as a weanling. He was shown successfully as a yearling, placing 1st in the SDPHC Yearling Stallion Futurity, 2nd in the NBQH Open Yearling Futurity and 3rd in the SPHC Yearling Stallion Futurity.

Radar’s sire, Sock Broker, is an extremely successful halter and performance stallion. He is a two-time Reserve World Champion, World Wide Paint Horse Congress High Point Stallion and two-time APHA Reserve World Champion Halter Stallion. He was the APHA Leading Sire of Halter Point Earners in 1997, 1998 and 1999. In 2001, 2002 and 2003, he placed 3rd on the Leading Sires List in Halter. He has sired multiple World Champions.

Radar’s dam, Miss Chubby Cheeks, is also an APHA World Champion Halter Horse. Her bloodlines boast the world-famous halter and western pleasure stallion, The Invester, who has sired sixteen AQHA Champions.

Radar has it all – charisma, agility, temperament and talent. This flashy gelding is ready to take his new owner to the top – and have fun doing it! Contact us and we'll be happy to tell you more about this spectacular horse.
